- Independent company development from a BPO service center in Warsaw,
- Preparation of financial planning for the Polish company,
- Management of the Polish company (BPO) as a subsidiary of Swiss company,
- Hiring and leading managers and employees in the areas (finance, HR, IT, marketing),
- Setting processes and optimizing the ongoing ones using LEAN and automation,
- Building a LEAN and automation team,
- Creation of pricing documents for offers to new customers,
- Daily care of the employees (leading, challenging, promoting),
- Being a partner for the CEO regarding the future development of the group,
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Very good leadership and communication skills in Polish/ English/ German,
- Solution-oriented personality with great empathy for customers and employees,
- knowledge of optimization and automation (LEAN, RPA, etc.),
- Good knowledge of finance / IT,
- Experience in budgeting / income statement / financial processes,
- Interest in helping in the sales process and company development,
- Experience in leading teams size 20+,
- Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint,
- Willingness for a very large commitment in the start-up phase (first 2 years),
- Business trips.
