For our Client, an international company in the SSC industry we are looking for:
Team Leader P2P

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day management of the PTP team
- Ensure delivery in alignment with the service portfolio and to meet the agreed deadlines and Service Agreements
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices, audit of T&E reports, payment preparation and execution, AP reconciliations, standard reporting
- Perform high-complexity activities
- Manage query resolution
- Lead and coach individuals to develop a high performing team
- Create a continuous improvement environment by setting performance targets, monitoring progress and ensuring corrective actions are taken swiftly when required
- Ensure policies are maintained and implemented in line with annual timetables
- Ensure regular engagement with business stakeholders, including sharing of metrics and performance management data
- Manage workload of team to ensure efficient delivery of services with agreed timelines and quality criteria
- Ongoing development and daily management of team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master"s degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Proven experience in PTP function, including experience in managing people within SSC/BPO environment
- Understanding of PTP end to end process
- Project and change management capabilities
- Experience in working with large / complex datasets to run analysis and create reports
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal input or review
- Good knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, UK GAAP)
- Knowledge of any ERP system (e.g. SAP, JDE etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially very good MS Excel skills
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
